The Collective Company
At the Dallas Dance Collective, our mission is to shape exceptional performers and develop technically brilliant dancers.
Under the leadership of Bethany Stimson, our professional faculty takes an individualized approach with every dancer, fostering both individual growth and a strong sense of community. The Collective is our premier company program and represents one unified team of dancers who share a passion for growth, artistry, and performance. While the program is divided into five distinct tracks, all dancers are part of the same Collective family. These tracks are based on age, experience, technical development, and future dance goals—not hierarchy or status.
This structure allows us to meet dancers where they are and support them in reaching their full potential. Each track offers tailored training opportunities, performance experiences, and access to specialized classes—all while reinforcing a team environment that promotes collaboration, confidence, and character.
Senior Collective
Pre-Professional Collective
Designed for dancers ages 12+ who are committed to advanced, intensive training with the goal of pursuing dance at the collegiate or professional level. This program offers comprehensive instruction across multiple styles, with a strong emphasis on technique, performance, and artistry. To be considered for the Pre-Professional track, dancers must take a minimum of two ballet classes per week. Younger dancers accepted into the program are expected to be on pointe, with at least three years of pointe experience and some competition background. While pointe is strongly encouraged, it is not mandatory for older dancers. Pre-Professional dancers will also have the opportunity to perform a ballet variation at a competition during the season.
Studio-Pro Collective
Designed for dancers in 9th grade and up who are also focused on school dance teams and performance, but with added technical depth. This level includes ballet training 1–2 times per week and may include pointe work for eligible dancers.
